As I look to start my own meditation practice, I’ve been doing some research on the topic and have found that the only problem with meditation is the fact that I didn’t start my practice sooner.  The research overwhelmingly confirms that meditation is, in fact, good for one’s overall mental and physical wellness.  It would take years for me to fully cite all of the studies that have confirmed the benefits of meditation (and who has time for that?)  So instead, I’ve created a list of some of the meditation benefits that are most relevant to me and the readers of FabYOUlousLife.com.  This list is in no way comprehensive but it should be enough to convince anyone that meditation is a valuable tool when seeking to live a truly FabYOUlous life.
